I am sure Mums and Dads will agree with me when I say that Goalkeepers, particularly when they are in training, are always hungry! I know that from living with one :-). I am always experimenting with food, modifying recipes, and trying to come up with different snack ideas or meals that are easy to prepare and can be made up ahead of time. I thought I might share a few of the recipes I have been including in my meal prep sessions over the school holidays. Please feel free to comment or share any of your favourite indulges.

This one is easy and it can be modified in many ways depending on what fruit you have at the time or how much yoghurt you want to include.
1 cup of frozen berries
1 banana – frozen and sliced (I also use mango when I have it)
¼ cup yoghurt
Throw all in a blender with a bit of ice and blitz until smooth.
