Academy Goalkeeper Aleisha Manthey selected in the Junior Matilda's Squad

Congratulations Goalkeeping Australia Academy goalkeeper Aleisha Manthey who has been selected in the Commbank Junior Matildas squad who will play a 2 match International series against Thailand. The team is set to play in Sydney next Tuesday and again in Gosford next Friday as a curtain raiser to the Matildas match against New Zealand. The Matildas squad will also include former academy goalkeeper Teagan Micah. In 4 short years Aleisha has progressed from community football in Gympie to NPL and is now part of the QAS program for next year, a testament to her hard work and commitment. A special mention to Academy coach Damien Cox who has been instrumental in her rapid development over the past 3 years! All at the Academy wish you all the best Aleisha
