Academy Goalkeeper Nathan Foster 15 has been selected in the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) Squad to contest the National Training Centre (NTC) Challenge at the AIS in Canberra next week.

The Challenge is used to identify the next group of talented footballers in this age group and will be attended by National Team, AIS and A-League coaches looking for players for the next Australian Institute of Sport intake, Australian U17 Squad (Joeys) and A-League National Youth League Squads.
Nathan who has been with the Goalkeeping Australia Academy on the Sunshine Coast since he was 12 was selected as I of the 2 keepers for the QAS squad, which travels to Canberra on Sunday before the tournament starts on Monday.
Nathan follows in the steps of former Academy goalkeepers Jake Smith and Teagan Micah both of who represented Queensland at NTC Challenges.
We wish Nathan all the best next week!
